Vineyard of the Wind – Merom Golan:
On an area with a view of Mount BenTal and Mount Hermon, a new vineyard was planted.
A portion of the vineyard was planted by the Pelter Winery on agricultural
lands of Kibbutz Merom Golan, during the course of August 2005.

Location: North east of Kibbutz Merom Golan
Altitude: 1000 meters (3000 feet) above sea level
Climate: Snow during the winter, 1000 ml of rain during the year
Soil: Basalt
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc,
Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon

Nes Harim Vineyards / Aderet:
These hidden vineyards are located on the western slopes of the hills of Jerusalem.
The techniques applied in the growing of the vineyard are low yield and high quality,
lengthy maturation and development of flavors.

Location: Adjacent to the city of Beit Shemesh
Altitude: 600 meters (1800 feet) above sea level
Climate: Snow during winter, dry and hot during summer, low temperature at night
Soil: Terra Rossa
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlo, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc
